Everest Base Camp trek is not as challenging as it sounds but it is not that easy either. While trekking the route, we will walk through beautiful scenic villages, forests, national parks, monasteries, and many more. We also get to know about the culture and traditions of the Sherpa people. The Sherpa people are the local tribe who lives there for many decades. Some of the notable villages which can be seen from this route are Lukla, Namche Bazaar, Phakding, and many other beautiful villages. Namche Bazaar is one of the biggest Sherpa villages in the Everest region. During the time of trekking, we will walk at the altitude of these villages are more than 2500m from sea level which lie along the Dudh Koshi Riverbank. And in Tyangboche we have an opportunity to explore one of the oldest and biggest monasteries in the Everest region.
