Hi , I recently setup the BRAT software and installed the RADS service. But when i click Synchronise , i get the following message.
[WARN] 2020-02-24T12:01:40 The RADS service is synchronizing data with the remote RADS server.
[WARN] 2020-02-24T12:02:02 The RADS service stopped data synchronization with the remote RADS server.And i dont see any data .
Not sure what i am doing wrong. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Dear Admin,
I am facing the similar issue. I managed to install and run the RadsService but the toolbox is unable to synchronize the data from the list of missions in ‘BRAT Options/RADS’. When I followed the youtube guide, I do not get the same message “The RADS Service is synchronizing data with the remote RADS server.” that you will get after clicking ‘Synchronize Now’.
I have the error message from RadsServiceLog.txt:
